Anti-Slavery Statement

This statement is made in the spirit of section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. Although QuantumXL is currently below the mandatory turnover threshold, we publish it voluntarily to describe how we address modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.

Our business

QuantumXL is a UK-based AI development consultancy. We deliver engineering services to clients under contract. Our supply chain is small and predominantly consists of professional-services providers (cloud hosting, software tooling, legal, accounting) headquartered in low-risk jurisdictions.

Our policies

• We do not tolerate modern slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour or human trafficking in any part of our business or our suppliers’.
• All staff and contractors are engaged on written terms that meet or exceed UK employment law, including minimum wage, working-time and right-to-work requirements.
• We do not withhold identity documents or use recruitment fees that would place a worker in debt bondage.

Due diligence

• We screen material suppliers before onboarding and prefer providers who publish their own modern-slavery statement or equivalent code of conduct.
• We reserve the right to terminate any engagement where we discover credible evidence of modern-slavery practices.
• We encourage staff, contractors and suppliers to raise concerns; reports made in good faith are handled without retaliation.

Training

Directors and hiring managers receive periodic guidance on the indicators of modern slavery and on our reporting channel. This statement is reviewed annually.
