Cookie Policy

The cookies and similar technologies used on this site.

Effective from

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies. This policy explains what each category does and how to control them. It should be read together with the privacy policy above.

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to function — for example, to remember your preview session in the CMS or to prevent form-submission abuse. These cannot be switched off in our interface, and they do not store information that identifies you.

Analytics

Used with your consent to understand which pages are viewed and how visitors reach the site. Data is aggregated and used to improve content and performance. You can decline analytics cookies through the consent banner without affecting site functionality.

Third-party embeds

Some pages embed content from third parties (for example, YouTube video testimonials or our HubSpot meeting scheduler). These providers may set their own cookies when the embed loads. Loading is deferred until you interact with the embed, and you can review the providers’ own policies for detail.

Managing cookies

You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the consent banner, and you can clear or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working.

Google Ads conversion measurement

We use Google Ads to measure successful website enquiries and confirmed meeting bookings and to attribute them to advertising. Measurement and its first-party attribution cookies start without waiting for a cookie preference. We honour a saved rejection of marketing measurement. This does not enable personalised advertising. Google Analytics and forwarding HubSpot analytics cookies require separate Analytics permission.

Google’s first-party attribution storage (including _gcl cookies) links ad clicks to later conversions. We also retain click identifiers (gclid, gbraid and wbraid where present), campaign parameters, the originating page and timestamps in browser storage for up to 90 days. Booking-flow and duplicate-prevention identifiers use session storage; booking context expires after 30 minutes.

When enhanced conversions are enabled, we share a normalised, SHA-256 hashed enquiry email with Google for the associated Ads conversion and matching to ad interactions. This is personal data shared for ad measurement under Google’s customer-data terms; the hash is not anonymous. We do not send enquiry email, its hash or form contents to Google Analytics. Direct meeting bookings use standard conversion measurement because the scheduler confirmation does not provide the booked email to this website.

Enquiries and bookings are measured as separate actions; someone who enquires and then books contributes to both. Their combined total is not a count of unique leads. You can change an existing marketing measurement rejection through the site’s cookie preferences or contact support@quantumxl.co.uk, and can clear or block browser storage. Browser restrictions can limit measurement.
